Mercedes-Benz Dealership, Richmond

A large extension to the existing showroom service and parts area was commissioned by Mercedes-Benz Canada for its Richmond auto Mall Dealership. The challenge was to transform the existing old building into a high-tech, modern space, incorporating the character and specification of Mercedes-Benz International Corporate profile.

Mejestic On Main, Vancouver

A mixed-use development consisting of 5,500 sq.ft. of commercial space and 28 residential suites with 2 levels of underground parking.  The façade is organized into repetitive bay windows with the focus on creating a horizontal base with vertical elements.

Office Building, North Vancouver

A 30,000 sq.ft. 5-storey concrete and steel structure containing retail spaces on the main and second floor and office space on the upper floors.

Park Road, Richmond

A 15-storey mixed-use commercial / residential building with three levels of above grade parking located in downtown Richmond.  The project contains 96 residential suites and 5,000 sq.ft. of commercial spaces complete with indoor and outdoor amenities.

The Anchor, North Vancouver

A 7 storey concrete mid rise mixed use building with three levels of underground parking  overlooking the ocean and the North Shore Mountains. This multi use complex offers commercial at grade, rental suites on 2nd and 3rd floors and  condominiums on the upper floors.

15th & Clyde, West Vancouver

This small gold LEED mixed use development located at a prominent and visible intersection offers mezzanine and large private roof decks / gardens to take full advantage of ocean view.
